This Sunday Pastor Sam will share PBC’s vision for 2025.
Vision is a powerful means by which people, families, ministries, institutions, businesses, and even governments move forward. However, vision unfettered from reality leads to disillusionment, discouragement, and sometimes irreversible damage. Fortunately for believers, we have a divine guide to help shape our vision as well as an inspired map to point our vision in the right direction and to the right goal.
Each year, the pastoral team and I strive to present a vision for the coming year to serve as a path for ministry progress; goals for which we strive in God’s power; and an end for which we pray.
Taken from Acts 2:42-47, we are asking the Lord for His gracious help as we pursue and practice the same spiritual endeavors that believers in the very first church pursued. We are praying for God’s gracious blessing to continue to fall upon us as it fell on them. And we desire to see God add to His Church such as should be saved in our day just as He did in their day. As we celebrate what God has done and embrace Vision 2025, we want to encourage you to consider how to embrace these spiritual endeavors as your personal vision for 2025!
Gratefully, The Pastoral Team
