Since 2015 Rusty and Cassandra have served in ministry to the deaf at Palmetto. In 2024 Rusty sensed that God was leading him to launch an independent church for the deaf, and the vision for Victory Baptist Deaf Church was born. Currently, Rusty is in the process of planting Victory Baptist and incorporating as a church. Palmetto is thrilled to see what God will do with this vital ministry in the years to come!
